Searching for wasteful spending, eliminate that and then pay us?.... Nope.

Stop funding bridges to no where or other countries? Yea right. No Way

Tightening our belt?...Of course not.

The plan is to guess what- BORROW FROM CHINA in hopes that you will stimulate our economy by buying their trinkets.

China is laughing their butts off that the great America is beholden to them

They don't want to give us enough back of our money to reduce our personal debt, just enough to buy a big screen TV.
