It occurs to me that one of our favorite parts of the trip was staying and playing with the Rikers, but I didn't get any photos! DUH! I grabbed this from their Facebook.
Ok we went to Virgina for Hannah's birthday. She wanted to see DC. We stayed Chris and Alan's. Our family loves theirs sooo much. We just mesh. My boys love Drew and the our girls are teens chillin'. While in Ashburn I got to meet Cosco- OH WOW! AND a VERA BRADLEY OUTLET- proof God is good.....I already have made a list and need to go back.
Hannah picked 3 of the 12 Smithsonian Museums to visit. The Freere Art, Museum of Natural History and Areo Space. Andrew thinks Disney can not hold a candle to the Areo Space one. OOOOOO he and Seth were in HEAVEN
Sadly during our trip we found out that Ruby had passed away. I captured Ben's reaction as a symbol of all our our feelings.
Our hotel had a jetted tube which bubble baths are extra fun in. And no matter how many baths you take in one night.....it is ALWAYS surprising how F U N the jets are.
I was able to hug my biggest boy and meet, Ky, his roommate. I loved seeing Alex and spending time with him.
We had a long, joyous,eventful trip. I am happy inside.

Looks like a great trip. Sorry to read about Ruby. It's not been a good year for you with your dogs. :(
You said you fell in love with Costco...we have Costco out here... I miss BJ's!!!! I really liked shopping there when I was in NY.
