Happenings

I am coming to the acceptance that until further notice my blog/cyber-life can either take a back seat or I can snap a few pictures on the way through life -and post them for you.
Recently I was told to "delegate " I laughed because I WAS delegating. My delegating just looks a little different than others.

I went on a field trip with Emma. They are learning about Japan, and we went to the Tokyo Restaurant for a tour.

Her friend/classmate was dressed in the traditional kimono. Question: Is this kimono for a married women or non married girl?

I love finding these messages on my computer ..they always make me smile!

Seth. Grandpa, and I made this blanket for his teacher who is expecting a boy in June

Spring is here and so is creative ways to take turns on the swing.

Emma had her 9 th birthday!! We started the day with the Tower of Donuts!!! Emma is addicted to donuts. We went to the zoo as a family and Friendlys for lunch. Sunday was the traditional family birthday dinner with extended family. These are out of order and frankly I can't figure what is going on or how to re arrange them....so just enjoy.

This is the beast that made Matt scream:P

They said they didn't plan on having matching green outfits on Earth Day/Emma's Birthday ...hmmm

We started family biking again . This is going through Fairport Village. It only took 3 hours to get ready for 1 hour ride.

Ben teaching Grandpa to play Lego Star Wars on the DS. Benjamin is 3.

Scott is getting ready for riding his sports motorcycle and so is Ben. I reminded Scott that I am married to him therefore all those yrs I was in high school/college and went riding on his sports bike...I was lying. I DID love the ride but my butt didn't. I have officially left the sport bike groups and joined the Goldwing club.

Thunder, the defender, hiding from the power tools being used on the renovations. Bet you can't find him!

We loved our Serenity Day . Andrew has his own laptop ( pays to have a "geek" as a husband:D) and he was teaching Serenity to spell her name.

We tend to tucker her out.

Girls Day out to Manis and Pedis before Becca and Greg go back out west to BYU.

We went to deliver a present to Mia and just in case there were bad guys Ben wore his dragon costume. Puddle boots for any water .

This General Conference last session. We can hear the TV in the play area and here is a rendition of the Temple.

Boys- Matt Alex and Benjamin listening intently.Notice Alex's LAX sunburn.

Hannah acting out what she learned for those who MAY have missed something from talking.

She set them straight and they actually did listen.

That's it for now ........stay tuned for new family photos.

So a mountain bike seat is more comfortable than a Honda VFR50F? I doubt that, but I'll know soon enough, when I take it for its first ride!
