It really is my intention to blog often. I carry my addiction aka blackberry around and snap pictures to tell you about:
*the snowman
*the chocolate covered face
*the new-to-me but authentic wainscotting- remind me to tell you abt creepy guy in the middle of downtown in broad day light and why I can therefore will be packing.
(as of today this is what the same wall looks like).
I was going to tell you of today's treasure of the day- a Highlight magazine and a cozy chair
or a block city with a an Armyman and Cowboy vs the Indian and Tiger or abt a jungle war
Can I whine to you? I sat in my cubical crying last night as I interpreted pizza orders and phone trees while Alex played his last basketball game of his high school career. I missed it. He played well with Grandpa, Scott and cousins watching. Not his Mom. That is a moment you can't get back. There will never be a last basketball game of high school. Never mind he has LOVED basketball since he was 1. Yep I suck.
I wanted to tell you how funny it was to see the Best Tile truck loading up the cheap Home Depot tile to resell to fancy people who has to have name brand tile....who needs brand name tile?
BTW Lowes in Macedon has THE best prices in Monroe County on everything. Yes I know.. I checked.. yeeeees of course I went all the way to Greece.. I wanted my 14$ tile mosaic. Of course I got it-had it shipped "inner store " all the way from CO(Hi ROO. MY mosaic is from your state)- on sale I paid $14 for TWO (two is better than one that's why)
So Here is a photo a history of all my blog ideas since....a while.
My bother, Bruce, became a Grandpa. Welcome little Mia.
This is what happens when you spend your morning at BCBS. You either begin to look glazed over from their dumbness or just give up and sleep on the way home
Guess what day it was (a few days ago) at school?
Our house is full of Science
Emma's Pink Bridge school project. She had to design a bridge and make it to certian specs. YAY Popsicle sticks!!!

Andrew's bridge.....he just had the design juices flowing. He suckered Mike to carve a base for him
Ben's glue bridge. The design? The more glue the better
Ben had a 3rd birthday.
Andrew and I woke up before Ben did ( not hard to do as he is a night owl and thus loves sleeping in). Andrew's idea was a doughnut breakfast for Ben. All day he thanked us for singing "Happy Birthday" to him
Then we went outside to play in the snow.

The plan was that as soon as the last bus took siblings away, just he and I would go and pick out his present. Except he wanted a DS and Star Wars Lego. Luckily when we walked into Target, right there in the $1 section was ( not made in China) a digger, and dump truck. Yep I even threw in a cement truck- cuz I am a big spender :) I broke my rule and allowed another winter sand box ( big mistake- but hey it was his birthday and he got a digger). This time I made it from split peas that moths got into.
Ben picked a brownie cake/sundaes that he and Hannah made together
Baby Noah the was born.
A very good friend in the ward had a healthy baby boy. It was a modern day miracle. Once again the greatest ob/gyn practice in Roch saved a life. Noah was given a 50/50 chance of being born. At times it went down to 20%. My friend had the same thing I did( when I was pregnant with Seth) during her pregnancy.
I am a Mom of Many Jewels. I have wanted a mothers ring for a long time. My login name is often momofmanyjewels. I love my kids and thought for the longest time they would be the only jewels I would ever have. Not so. Scott totally surprised me with this.... for Valentines Day.
One birth stone per child. Haha I almost needed two rings.
During February Break we had "play dates " for the young and younger everyday . Most days we had several a day. This is impromptu Nail Art 101
Sarah had an AMAZING concert! We had made plans to leave early, but it was soooo good we changed plans and stayed.....
This is NY winter white....boooooo road salt!
Honestly we are almost done
Scott and I went to Seth"s school and ran the Daytona 500 race with Andrew and Ben. We ran a zillion laps around the gym
If you ask Andrew who won- he says HE DID!
If you ask Ben who won-he says HE DID!
Seth graduated from DARE. YAY!!!!! Seth!
Serenity has a fun with her crazy cousin Alex. Alex is sweet with the Littles

It turns out you are your brothers keeper...because they watch
and want to be like you (Ben aiming a ball at the top of a Farmer's mouth..."playing balling like Alex")
Emma and her Egypt Party (of course they have cup cakes in Egypt)
What else can I tell you.....? It may be a while 'til we chat again.
Oh I am helping with PR for this..so fun and exciting!!!!!!!
So come run or walk it...or help with your man power. Ehhhh no excuses you have plenty of time to get ready....mark you calendars for Sept 11,2010.
Ok I can't think of anything else....
so I will close with this...........what a different world we live in from when I was a child.
Have a great day and talk to you soon.

Wow, that must have taken a long time to put together. good for you for getting it done.
you certainly keep busy! and I think you are a great mom!
Very fun!
Thanks for all your updates. Being on two different coasts and not being able to see cousins, it is great to see what others are up to.
loved every photo and story! And you don't suck, you are a great mom :)
Heather, who is Noah's parents?
I hadn't heard of a new baby!
Heather - You are amazing and don't give yourself enough credit. I'm so glad to call you my friend and think you are an AMAZING mom! (((hugs))) :)
I think I like the massblog! Your phone must feel lighter now, and so many fun stories (love the wainscotting, and baby Noah is adorable, and bug Matt about the 5k- he can put it in the running calendar)!
You absolutely are inspiring.
Wish I could have been the one to deliver the tiles from Colorado!!!
