In April, Emma got sick! Really sick for days and days. She carried around a bucket and had diarrhea until she bled. She has lost a lot of weight, on average 2.5 lbs a week.
At first we thought it was a stomach flu gone awry.
Then did all the tests for parasite,salmonella, and leeky gut.
Nope.
The doctor put her on probiotics and removed all dairy
It looks like that may have worked.
I hate soy and will not use it.
Did you know there is milk in lunch meat?
Milk protein allergy.
Emma has a milk protein allergy.
Sweetie.
I am glad we know.

Poor girl!! At least she is old enough to understand some of what's happening, and help be careful with her diet...I hope she outgrows this.
