I finished a triathlon.
The YMCA had one. I got a trainer,Jamie, aka 'Boot camp.'
I worked my butt off (I wish literally).
Thank you to Jan and Matt for the great music and motivation.
Thank you to Emma for being my cheerleader.
I had a goal to finish...I did.
I had a time in my head.... which I reached with 46 sec to spare.
I'm glad it is over.
I did it!
my face is sooooo red.
