Yesterday we found out that again this year our family has been accepted.
Dear Brother ---,
You have been selected for participation in the 2009 Hill Cumorah Pageant, contingent upon your health form(s) being approved. If for any reason you can not commit to being in the pageant, please inform me as soon as possible. This year we received about 1752 applications for 769 positions in the cast. If you cannot participate, we have many people who are anxious to fill vacancies.
This year's Pageant experience begins at Hill Cumorah on Friday, 7/3/2009 and concludes on Sunday, 7/19/2009.
YAY!
We had participated two years ago, but didn't make it last year cuz we had too many kids under primary age. Some of our good friends made it in :), but others we were hoping for did not:(.
It should be a great summer vacation for the kids.

does this mean they'll have to do without you interpreting??? oh wait...by that time you'll be registered and they couldn't afford to pay your rate anyway, right?? :)
Can you include my two girls in your family? The only way they will ever get to participate is if some other family will adopt them for two weeks!
I don't get paid in money for interpreting the Peageant, and yes they have a deaf staff member. When we were in it two years ago, I interpreted more than when we were not in it, lol.
