We got 13.8 inches of snow yesterday. It is still coming down , and more is expected on Sunday. It started just after the last batch of kids left for school and continued fast and hard all day. This is a look out my window at about 10am.
Andrew was sad that afternoon classes were canceled - including preschool. He looked out the window and couldn't see anything (including our neighbor's house across the street) but "fog."
I borrow this picture(above) from my friend's blog, I hope she doesn't mind. It is a beautiful beautiful picture...
I thought the pictures fit Andrew's description wonderfully.
I was called into work. The driving was so bad, that Scott actually drove me there and stayed until 1 am to drive me home. He loved it, but I was white knuckled all the way!!!

Holy cow! I wonder how much we got... Utah had a nice little storm yesterday too!
well??? did they cancel? if not, how did you do?? enquiring minds want to know!!!
I hate driving in the snow. Hate. But Stu is fine in it and so is my Dad, maybe it's more of a guy thing?
LOVE the cardinal in the picture. How cold is it back there? This is our second weekend in a row of single digits and below zero temperatures.
Beautiful. But the driving part sounds scary. That's the part I miss the least.
Are you kidding? I hate driving in it! No more taking corners at 100 mph :(
