It wasn't my fault... this time.
I had a busy morning I went here,there and everywhere. I picked up one,then dropped off another while a third hopped in the car. I am a regular bus at times.
I dropped off Sarah and Matt hopped in. We decided since it was 11ish and we hadn't eaten yet, we would stop at Dunkin Doughnuts for a egg sandwich on a onion bagel, can't get better than that.
I pull up and there is a minivan about three car lengths away from the drive thru mic thingy. There was also a boy smoking. I stop behind her and she yells out
" I am waiting for this boy to stop smoking."
What do I know. I assume she is the Mom of this kid and whatever. She was just parked there,so I go around her.
Nooooooo that was not the right thing to do.
She starts yelling at me. Asking " WHAT!!??!! You can't wait, blah blah blah. Like I am suppose to wait for a guy to stop smoking a cigarette?!
I ignore her.
I place my order and move forward.
She starts yelling at the drive-thru girl about her order, I mean YELLING!!!
When it is my turn to drive up to pay, I mention to the girl that the women behind me is crazy and watch out. She and I chat a few seconds about how mean she was,we laugh, I beep and wave as I drive off.
The crazy women follows me.
She goes through red lights and cuts people off to follow me.
Not just one block....
over 10 miles!!!
When I pass Goodman Street, I decided to call 911. I didn't want to have her come at me in a downtown parking garage for her donut rage
The operator was very nice. I explained what happened and he directed me to a safe place. He asked me where I was and found the nearest police officer. He actually then told me to just go to the Public Safety Bldg near by. As I pulled in and around all the cops- she kept going, but I had given them the description of the car and the license plate. They went after her. They called Dunkin Donuts I guess. They said that she had broken the law in 'several jurisdictions.'
Matt says that the police were very protective of the Dunkin Donut customers. NO ONE will mess with the DD. If we had gone to Mc Donald's forget it.
I think that next time I will Andrew make us egg sandwiches.

Wow! That's really scary, I hope they caught her and gave her a good talking to, and some tickets ;). Maybe next time she'll chill out a bit, or something.
What??!! How do these things happen to you? That is the weirdest thing I have ever heard! That is scary that she followed you that long. I think Matt is right about Dunkin' Donuts though.
it is a plague I have. If my husband's boss didn't keep me waiting- I would have missed her. (before I picked up Matt and after I was done with Sarah- we stopped by the Hill Cumorah for paper work DH needed- DH's boss is in Presidency of the Pageant).
Matt and I were suppose to be downtown by noon, but we were 10 mins late after all this. We had to wait for their 2HOUR LUNCH BREAK to end.
