There was great prices on chicken at Wegmans recently so I canned 42 quarts.
I borrowed Susan's pressure cooker so I could have two to speed things up. THANK YOU!!!!

I also did 4 flats of strawberries- ready for jelly and Lena's cake BTW check out Lena's Rocket Cake. Isn't she amazing

What do you do with all that canned chicken?
It is great to have on hand. It is the ultimate fast food. We just open it and add to stir fry, fajitas, rice,etc.Or you can eat it plain dipped in BBQ or Country Sweet. It is really tender.

Wow! Okay, I need to get on the canning bandwagon. It would be so nice to have all of that ready! Thanks for the shout-out ;) That strawberry cake isn't as sweet as most cakes but it's so flavorfull and we, of course, pile on the whipped cream...
