We have the flu visiting.
Yesterday we went to the Drs. with Hannah. She doesn't have strep,she has the flu.
Seth, and Matt have/had the same symptoms.
The Dr said that 54 children were seen and 45 tested positive for the virus...38 or 39(I can't remember the exact number) had had the flu shot. I guess the makers do their best guess by what happened in Australia and China. Then make the serum.
They guessed wrong this year- good try.
Benjamin woke up with a ranging fever.
When he is comfortable,I am going to my Father in Law's house. He seems to have it too. I will bring him some chicken soup and love and make sure he goes to the Drs.
It's nothing we can't handle.

They said on the news here that this strain was not one in the shot. However, the kids had the shot and did not get as sick as Alan. He was out of work for 3 days and then one the next week. He NEVER stays home sick. I am sorry you all have it. Stay warm, take lots of tylenol and drink lots!!
I'm sorry :(, it isn't a fun one! Rest as much as possible.
